Steven Wykoff, CFP®
Partner
Steve joined Mersereau, Lazenby & Rockas in 2005. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from Covenant College and completed the Certified Financial Planner™ Program at Oglethorpe University. Steve manages the RIA services of Mersereau, Lazenby, & Rockas, LLC. He is passionate about helping individuals navigate life and make wise financial decisions. Steve is an active member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), having recently served on the regional board of directors. He is married and has four sons. Steve and his family are active members of their local church.
Laura E. Rockas, CPA, CFP®

Laura joined the firm in 2003. She has a BBA in Accountancy from Georgia State University. A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner™, she concentrates on corporate, partnership and individual tax preparation, planning and research for clients in a wide array of industries. She provides clients with IRS examination assistance and business consulting services.
Lois S. Lazenby, CPA, CFP®

Lois joined the firm in 1994 after 14 years in not-for-profit financial management. Lois has a BA from Columbia International University. A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner™, she focuses on audits for not-for-profit clients and the financial management of their resources. She has served on the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Not-For-Profit Committee and on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Georgia.
Joel Mulkey, CPA

Joel joined the firm in 2014. He works in the audit, tax and financial accounting departments. He studied at the University of Georgia, Shorter University, and Mercer University and earned a B.A. from Georgia Gwinnett College with an accounting concentration. Joel and his wife, Hilary, have three children. He is an active member of his church where he serves as elder.
